Suger Free Vegan Cookies - This distinctive, delicious, dessert, is a sugar free recipe as well as a vegan one! A healthy oatmeal and mashed banana base is partnered with naturally sweet and thick maple syrup, and the phenomenal accents of cinnamon and vanilla. Ingredients to make Suger Free Vegan Cookies
butter
2 ripe bananas (overripe is fine)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp soy milk
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
2 ½ cups quick cooking or rolled oatmeal
dash cinnamon (optional)
1/4 cup flour
Directions to make Suger Free Vegan Cookies
Step 1:In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Add peanut butter, soy milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
Step 2:Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 13-16 minutes at 350 degrees, or until done.
