Sugar Free Date Cookies - These simple, sugar free cookies, are exceptionally moist and chewy, and even good for you. We won’t tell the kids if you don’t, since they love them, making them ideal for snacks and lunches. A very good diabetic recipe as well!

Ingredients to make Sugar Free Date Cookies
3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions to make Sugar Free Date Cookies
Step 1:In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, apple sauce, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 2:Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated, 350 degree oven, or until lightly brown.
